Effective April 1, 2022, international travelers arriving in Costa Rica will no longer need to complete the government’s Health Pass form, meet the vaccination requirements or purchase insurance coverage to enter Costa Rica.
The Government of Costa Rica does not require travelers entering by air, land, or sea to present a negative COVID-19 test, nor quarantine upon arrival.
