Your journey to the Tulemar Resort Hotel begins by flying into San Jose (SJO), Costa Rica. From there you have many options!
We can arrange transportation anywhere within the country whether you want to fly or use ground transportation.

When you arrive in Costa Rica, the last thing you want to worry about is how to get to Tulemar! Thankfully, the Tulemar Resort Hotel offers a solution: private, air-conditioned shuttle vans that can take your group anywhere you need to go, any time, day or night.
Our expert drivers will ensure that you and your party travel in comfort throughout Costa Rica in our modern and well-maintained vans, which seat up to 8 people. Our drivers are commercially licensed, fully insured, and work directly with the resort to provide you with a convenient and safe experience.
For US$240 + 13% VAT up to 8 people can enjoy one-way transportation between the Tulemar Resort Hotel and the San Jose International Airport (SJO).

Additional Transportation Options
Domestic Flight
There are frequent flights between San Jose (SJO) and Quepos (XQP), approximately 25-minutes in length.
Flights can be booked directly with Sansa Air.
Additionally, we can arrange for ground transportation from the Quepos airport to the Tulemar Resort Hotel, which is approximately a 10-15 minute drive. The cost for one-way ground transportation from the airport is US$11.20 + 13% VAT per person.
Rental Vehicle
If you’re looking for a little more flexibility, rental cars can be a great option for traveling through Costa Rica.
